CLOSED for a private event on May the 10th

Thank you for choosing Trippa for your dinner. We’d like to share some information with you for a better booking experience.

This is the only tool you can use to book a table. In the following Resdiary calendar you will find the days with availabilities from today up to 3 WEEKS (21 days). Every day at  12:00pm a new date is released for booking our 10 tables and 3 stools at the counter . If users connected are more than 4 at the same time, you’ll need to wait for your tourn in a queue managed by Crowdhandler.

Our tables are subject to time restrictions so we invite you to choose carefully the preferred option and to respect the agreed timing. Credit Card details are required  to confirm your reservation.  Bookings made with Prepaid Cards or Debit Cards will be verified the same day with a deposit of 10€ per person or canceled in case of missing funds. The Credit Card is for guarantee and there will be not a prepayment, but just the following penalties in case of cancellation or reduction of covers the same day: 10€ per person within 30 minutes before your booking time 50€ per person less than 30 minutes before your booking time or for No Show (15 minutes delay not communicated will be considered no show) You can cancel your reservation as follows:

Our only interest is to have all the confirmations on time to organise the service in the best way. For this reason we hope we’ll never be in the position to apply the penalties. Please note that our staff will try to contact you the same day to confirm your booking. Therefore we invite you to indicate a correct mobile number (possibly WhatsApp account).

We are available dor information and support on our WhatsApp account from Monday to Saturday / 4pm-10pm. In case the preferred date is fully booked already, we invite you to text the restaurant via WhatsApp, close to the date, to be put on a Waiting List and to be contacted in case of last minute cancellations.

The largest party you can book online has 6 covers, multiple bookings for the same group will be managed as separate tables. For a better management of space we need to know the presence of strollers or prams. You can indicate this information in the notes or via WhatsApp after the booking is placed. Dogs are welcome in our restaurant, but it’s important to report their presence. Tell us any details or information you think may be useful to make you spend a pleasant evening (intolerances, allergies, special requests).
